I have had pain issues for 26 years. Needless to say in that time I have taken almost every medication invented for pain. I take 4mg 5x daily. I get about 50% relief. I have also had many homeopathic treatments. At this point I’m pretty hopeless. Please tell me what i can get by commenting below my comment, thanks. this is the only medication that works directly on my pain. i have only dry mouth when taking. goes to the pain source i do not get a high icky feeling or sick stomoch it just does what its suppose to. i have arthritis spinal stenosis surgeries. this is far better to use than all the aspirin ibuprofen i have to take or alcohol to numb the pain. i feel that patients like myself are needlessly suffering because of dr fears over regulations which need to be changed because i feel i am being abused and mistreated out of fear treated with suspicion im out to get high when i just want to get out of pain! we need to band together and stand up for ourselves and get this changed!

This medicine has giving me the most relief of all the other opiates and opioids I been before, from hydrocodone to oxycodone and morphine and meperidine, Dilaudid together with the Fentanyl patch and now morphine sulphate extended release as I ask to be pull off the Duragesic patch. in combination this two medications have given me most relief from chronic back and neuropathic pain. and chronic arthritis pain.
